Barbara Lawrence is an Executive and Leadership Coach and the CEO of Insolitus Nigeria Ltd.  She is a graduate of University of Kent at Canterbury, UK and the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

She has various coaching qualifications, some of which are from Personnel Decisions International (PDI) now part of Korn Ferry, the Association for Talent Development (ATD), International Coaching Federation (ICF) and GTCI.

She has 21 years’ experience and career with the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC) where she held various positions including Issues management Adviser; Head, External Relations Strategy & Planning; Transformation Manager; Communication & Change Manager and also the Regional Organizational Effectiveness, Change & Planning Manager.  All these experiences have helped her to become an independent consultant.  She has over 15 years coaching experience both in the corporate world and as an Independent coach.

Her area of expertise are C-Suite, Senior Leaders, Emerging Leaders, General Management and High Potentials.
