She left paid employment in August 2019 as the Chief Executive Officer of IMPAC Engineering and Operations Services Company Limited (IMPAC), a subsidiary of Nestoil Limited. Prior to that, she had served for 6 years as the Associate Director, Human Resources, Nestoil Limited, where she superintended the Human Resources Organisation that catered for over 2000 employees across the 13 subsidiaries of Nestoil Limited.
Prior to Nestoil Limited, Chinwe was in PwC for 13 years, where she had made a major career change, transiting from a support-staff for about 6 years to a client- facing staff. For her love for consulting, she literally started her career afresh as an Associate Consultant, a newbie in consulting, and her focus and tenacity, coupled with a great sense of duty propelled her to the position of a Senior Consultant. She garnered functional experience in organisational transformation, job evaluation, staff audit, Psychometric assessments and analysis, training and overall evaluation of Corporate boards to ascertain their health and effectiveness. Chinwe’s consulting experience prepared her for the successes she recorded both in Nestoil and during her brief stint in IMPAC.

She holds an MBA from the University of Lagos, is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, a member of The Society for Human Resources Management, USA, and a Certified Personality analyst.
