She possesses over 17 years of work experience in key economic sectors including, ICT, Payment Solutions, Telecommunications, Talent management and business administration. She is a Corporate Human Capital Strategist and versatile business leader leveraging her diverse multinational career across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Dolapo is an Electrical/Electronics graduate from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, holds a Master in International Law and Diplomacy from University of Lagos, certified Strategic Management and Corporate Leadership from GIMPA, CERTIFIED IN Project Leadership from Cornell University and currently researching her thesis in her Master in International Human resource Management program at Rome Business School. She is a certified NEBOSH practitioner, a Yoga Trainer, a Mental Health First Aider, Emotional Intelligence Specialist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

She sits on several boards, actively mentors inclusion champions, is a transitions coach and a tech & Neuro-Science enthusiast.
