Dr. Abiye Alamina is a qualified Occupational Health Physician, and a Wellness & Resilience Practitioner. He graduated from University of Benin with MBBS, he has a Masters in Occupational Medicine, Health Safety from Edith Cowan University, Australia, as well as a Postgraduate certificate in Project Management from Henley Business School, UK.

Abiye has worked in West Africa and the Middle East, promoting employee wellness and wellbeing, as well as facilitating workplace mental wellness and resilience training. He was involved in launching the BeWell Wellness programme in Shell Nigeria, as well as establishing the employee wellness programme in Shell Iraq, in the Middle East, and was also instrumental to revamping the EAP service in NLNG, Nigeria.

He is currently Occupational Health Manager for OQ8 in Oman, where amongst other things is responsible for driving the culture of health and ensuring a thriving and highly performing workforce.

He  is an avid football lover who supports Manchester United and also still actively plays football.
