Ibironke Tolu-Ogunpolu is an experienced Executive Coach, Management Consultant and People Leader. Her experience has spanned 27 years of extensive cross-industry experience in leveraging people, strategy, organisational design, communications and business change to drive growth and sustainable performance. She has led complex, strategic, multi-territory programmes for major global brands in EMEA, Asia PAC, USA, and the UK. She is presently a Director in the People Advisory Services M&A and Restructuring Practice at EY UKI, a global Big 4 Professional Services firm.
Previously, Ibironke served as Deputy and later Competency Lead for People and Organisations at PwC in Nigeria. She also initiated and led the creation of PwC’s Advisory Business School, overseeing the creation of a Senior Executive Leadership Programme in partnership with the Nigerian Institute of Management.
She’s a strong advocate of professional and national skills development, as part of a pivotal strategic initiative at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK.
Ibironke is also a qualified and certified Executive coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK and she holds a Masters in Strategy, Change and Leadership from the University of Bristol. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Prince 2 Practitioner.
