Peter Shialsuk has garnered over 10 years’ experience in managing learning design and delivery in public and development sector organizations. He holds an MSc degree in Human Resource Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. He is an ATD Master Instructional Designer and presently studying people analytics at the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
He is a Senior Learning Strategy and Advisor Manager at the capacity development department of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Prior to joining the CBN, he had previous work experience at the World Bank, British Council, and the DFID Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria (ESSPIN). He has been involved in various National and International projects within Nigeria – in the economic, financial and health sectors.
Peter was a participant at the 2022, 9th Steering Committee meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held in Accra Ghana.
His areas of interest include instructional design, business development, performance management and people analytics.
