Victor is a highly experienced Managerial Psychologist, Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Sales expert with more than 24 years’ professional experience spanning Banking, Information Technology and Consulting. More than 16 of those years in senior management and leadership positions. He has significant experience working with and across remote teams in different regions with diverse cultures across Africa and some parts of Europe.

Victor is a member of the National Speakers Association, USA, NITAD and LDNI. He has delivered keynotes and training workshops to small and large audiences in Nigeria, Ghana, Dubai and the UK.

His smooth, humorous and uniquely inspiring style of speaking has endeared him to his audiences everywhere he has led a workshop or delivered a keynote.

Whether online or offline, his sessions are fun, educative and interactive. Over 12,000 individuals have benefited, at some point in their careers, from the immense depth of knowledge and breadth of skill of Victor Diali.

He worked for UBA, NCR, Compaq, HP and Microsoft. Before starting his company, TalentEquip Learning, he was the Sales Distibution Manager at Microsoft in charge of 5 countries – Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia. He is also currently the Regional Business Director for West Africa at Clarity4D, UK.

He is an award-winning trainer with a track record of delivering effective, unique, gamified, and effective content with an impressive ability to simplify complex concepts and capture the attention of delegates, ensuring “stickability” of knowledge.

Victor holds a Master Degree in Managerial Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
