Dr. Abiola Salami is a Performance Strategist, Executive Coach and Principal at CHAMP Global Leadership Consulting, where he works with executives, leadership teams and organisations to strengthen leadership capability, improve execution and build cultures of sustainable high performance. He is also the Founder of The Peak Performer Africa, a platform advancing performance, leadership and organisational excellence across Africa.

His work sits at the intersection of leadership development, talent capability, strategy execution and performance improvement, helping organisations move beyond learning as an activity to learning that translates into changed behaviour, stronger execution and measurable performance.

Dr. Salami is the creator of several proprietary leadership and performance frameworks, including Performance Leadership™, Performance Intelligence™, G.R.I.T.™, TITLE™ and No More Shrinking™, which he deploys in developing leaders and strengthening organisational capability.

An alumnus of Harvard University, Lagos Business School and the U.S. Government’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), Dr. Salami has also served as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
