Inyang is a Business Administration graduate from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt, with an MBA in Business Management from ESUT Business School, Lagos. She has over 35 years working experience.

Inyang’s corporate working life has taken her through organizations like IBTC Ltd. (now StanbicIBTC Bank Plc) and CrusaderSterling Pensions, where she was the pioneer Head of Marketing. She also worked within the Guaranty Trust Group, at Assur Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Assurance, now AXAMansard Plc, as the Head of Business Development, managing high-net-worth clients.

She is an Independent member and Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Mutual Funds of RMB Nigeria Asset Management Limited (a subsidiary of Rand Merchant Bank).
Inyang is a Certified Retirement Life Coach from Retirement Life Plan.

She’s currently the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Averti Professional Managers, an all-female business solutions agency.

Also known as The Retirement Planning Queen, Inyang is the Founder of The Bloombox Platform, from where she functions as a retirement expert, facilitating and coaching on Retirement Planning. She has facilitated many retirement planning workshops in the public and private sector. She’s also a well-sought-after speaker on the subject matter.

She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD), and a Council member of the Learning & Development Network International (LDNI).
