Shehu is an Associate Partner at Human Capital Partner and a seasoned Senior Certified HR Professional with close to two decades of experience advancing organizational performance through people development. He holds global certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Certified Competency and Profile Analyst, and Certified Facilitator and Trainer from Development Dimensions International (DDI).

In addition to his professional practice, He currently serves as a Committee Member for the Compulsory Continuous Professional Development (CCPD) framework of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is also a Committee Member of the Learning and Development Committee of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Lagos Chapter.

Over the last 19 years, Shehu has designed and delivered impactful intervention solutions across industries, training more than 50,000 professionals and developing over 500 courses for diverse proficiency levels. He has led the design and implementation of several assessment and development centres, competency frameworks, performance management, and organizational capability-building projects.

He has consulted for leading organizations including KPMG, Deloitte, Shell, Renaissance, ExxonMobil, Seplat, Stanbic IBTC, UBA, WEMA, MTN, Interswitch, Flutterwave, Lafarge, MainOne Equinix, Unilever, FrieslandCampina, Ikeja Electric, and the Lagos State Government, among many others.
