Olajumoke Leniola Akindolire is an award-winning People and Culture leader, Corporate Communications Consultant, international speaker, learning designer, facilitator and seasoned corporate event host. With over 15 years of professional experience, her career spans FMCG, energy, pensions, financial services, consulting, and multinational organisations. She currently serves as the Founder of HopeWorks Collective and Co-founder of SmartWorkerHQ. She was People and Culture Manager, Commercial, at Coca-Cola HBC Nigeria and previously held a senior People leadership role at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria CPFA.
Olajumoke brings over a decade of stage experience as a conference host, moderator and speaker. She has worked across corporate conferences, leadership forums, panel discussions, fireside chats, award ceremonies and business events, both as a solo host and alongside other established hosts and entertainers. She has collaborated with and interviewed professionals including Damola, Saco, Forever, Asiri, Frank Edoho and Ali Baba. She has worked with organisations and platforms such as Coca-Cola HBC, TotalEnergies, Interswitch, HR Expo Africa, the HR Bootcamp by Kendor Consulting, FITC, ARM Pensions and Hacking HR.
Her experience in leadership, communication and learning enables her to engage speakers beyond prepared scripts, manage conversations intelligently and connect naturally with professional audiences. She is known for her composed stage presence, clear communication, quick thinking and ability to maintain the energy and flow of an event while working seamlessly with speakers, organisers, production teams and fellow hosts.
Olajumoke is also the host of The Perfect Plan Podcast, where she leads thoughtful conversations with professionals and entrepreneurs about the work behind successful events and experiences. She serves as General Secretary of the CIPM Ikoyi Chapter and is a member of the Advisory Board of HR Expo Africa. She holds professional credentials including PHRi, ACIPM, and FIMC/CMC.
