Dorothy Tunde-Ajala is an accomplished HR Executive, Leadership Coach, and Talent Strategist with over two decades of experience helping organizations build high-performing cultures, develop exceptional leaders, and drive business transformation through people.
She currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emerging Markets Telecommunications Services (T2 Mobile, formerly 9mobile), where she leads the company’s people strategy during a period of significant organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior HR leadership roles across telecommunications, engineering, manufacturing, consulting and executive coaching, including Schneider Electric (HR Director, Anglophone West Africa), Siemens Nigeria (Country Head of Human Resources), MTN Nigeria, Pan African International Group, Accelerate Leadership Ltd and Restral Consulting, a strategy and leadership Consulting firm.
Dorothy is also the Founder of Accelerate Career Hub, a social impact platform dedicated to improving employability, career readiness and access to meaningful work. Through this initiative, she supports the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals on Quality Education (SDG 4) and Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8). She is deeply passionate about developing future leaders, advancing women in leadership, empowering young professionals, and expanding opportunities for persons with disabilities.

She is a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer and Speaker, a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Certified DISC Behavioural Analysis Trainer, a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and an Associate of Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD). She has participated in numerous executive leadership and professional development programmes both locally and internationally.
