A seasoned HR professional with 20+ years experience in Recruitment, Talent and Development, Learning, Workforce management and Leadership development. Qualifications include: BSc, MSc Cranfield and MBA in Business Administration and International HR Management. Has extensive knowledge in the practical implementation of HR through onboarding, induction, retention, engagement and retirement through E and digital platforms in line with new ways of working. She has led and championed several people, change management initiatives to support new and ailing businesses to reengineer the business or bring about a culture shift. She has designed several assessment centers, SME development/implementation and job placement interview to support the people agenda in line with people, systems and processes. An avid reader with a passion for development of young talents until they become individual contributors.
