Elizabeth Ajala is a seasoned Talent Development professional, licensed trainer, and author with over 18 years’ experience in HR, workforce development, and educational technology across finance, education, non-profit, and tech sectors. She holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and is PHRi certified. An active member of LDNI, NITAD, IAF, and CIPM, Elizabeth has trained over 5,000 Nigerian youths in employability skills through major initiatives. Currently leading HR at Babban Gona, she also lectures on digital literacy at Pan-Atlantic University. Passionate about people transformation, she authored Therapy in Traffic and Other Stories, celebrating African values.
