Ephraim Osunde is an internationally certified facilitator, leadership strategist, and coach with over 35 years of cross-sector experience in FMCG, consulting, oil and gas, and the non-profit sector. The first Nigerian and second African to earn the Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) designation from the International Association of Facilitators, he has served in senior multinational roles and founded two consulting firms. A Chartered Fellow of CIPD (UK) and CIPM (Nigeria), he holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and three Master’s degrees. Until retiring in 2025, he led L&D strategy at Chevron Nigeria. He continues to mentor leaders across corporate, public, and faith sectors.
