Fola Adeola is a distinguished entrepreneur, banker, and thought leader with over four decades of experience in finance, enterprise development, and public policy. He founded Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) in 1990, transforming it into one of Africa’s most respected financial institutions. A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, Fola established the FATE Foundation to empower aspiring Nigerian entrepreneurs. His leadership extends to significant roles as Chairman of IWOSAN, Lagoon Hospitals, and founding Chairman of MainOne Cable Company Limited, which pioneered West Africa’s first open-access submarine cable.
