She currently serves as General Manager, Business Transformation at FMN/Golden Penny Foods Ltd, where she partners with executive leadership to design and deliver enterprise-wide people and organizational strategies that power a $1bn+ business ambition. Her career reflects a deliberate transition from senior HR leadership into core business transformation and enterprise strategy, positioning her at the intersection of commercial execution, change leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, Lara spent 11 years at Accenture Nigeria, rising to Country HR Lead, where she championed HR innovation, design thinking, and large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex, high-performance consulting environment.

Lara is a Prosci-certified Change Management Practitioner and holds a Certificate in Executive Management from Yale School of Management.
