He is a leading voice in AI literacy, adoption, and ethical integration, equipping executives, professionals, and institutions with the capabilities required to thrive in an AI-driven world. Laja has facilitated over 35 high-impact sessions on AI, data protection, leadership, and digital transformation for boards, senior management, and enterprise teams.

With a strong foundation in accountancy and advanced training in social sector management, psychology, and organizational behaviour, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to learning, strategy, and performance improvement. He is a Certified Management Trainer (CMD), Certified Financial Literacy Trainer (CBN/Commonwealth), and a Fellow of multiple professional bodies, reflecting his depth of expertise and commitment to excellence. An accomplished author of six books, including the newly published AI For Everyday People, which is severally endorsed by AI Literacy organizations. He continues to shape financial literacy, personal development, and AI Literacy across audiences.

Passionate about impact, he also leads the Financial Literacy for All Initiative, empowering individuals, especially youth, with practical knowledge for economic advancement. And currently in the process of launching an Africa-wide AI Literacy Project – Artificial Intelligence Literacy Initiative for Africa.
