Sandra Ihenacho, popularly known as The Oracle, is the CEO of M.Bryan Consulting Limited, a Human Capital Development organisation, and Africa’s Leading Voice on Training Transfer Effectiveness. She helps organisations create the conditions that enable employees to apply learning on the job, improve performance, and deliver measurable Return on Expectations (ROE) and Return on Investment (ROI).

She is Nigeria’s first Certified Transfer Designer, a Certified Kirkpatrick Professional, the
International Partner of the ROI Institute, USA, and the Transfer Enabler for Africa with the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness, Switzerland. These roles position her at the forefront of global practice in training transfer, learning evaluation, and impact measurement.

Sandra is also a Group and Team Coach and an Executive, Life, and Performance Coach. She works with CEOs and senior leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, gain clarity, and improve individual and organisational performance.

She is a Resource Person at Lagos Business School, where she teaches on the Owner Manager Programme, Advanced Management Programme, Authentic Leadership Competencies Programme, and the School’s coaching programmes.
